just a few words about the recent activities. we are currently working on a short movie, did some muscial video,

made a new intro-clip, did an art-clip for a presentation in vienna (more infos at kulturdrogerie) and finished a few other productions which led to a  few stressful weeks so far.

you will find a lot of new stuff on our site as soon as we accomplished to refine our hd stuff for web access. 

also there is some really big thing going on - what exactly? well we're giving your all infos about that as soon as we are allowed to.

it's show time for an exciting project of a young german filmcrew. the short movie called "studium deluxe" is full of irony, humor, sarcsam and it's worth to have a lot at it.

sinthetic-motion had the chance to provide a few short animations for this masterpiece.

world premiere  is on 22.mai 2010 in gießen, germany.

because we think a bad and outdated branding sucks, we are currently redesigning and refining our corporate id.

no worry our sinthetic tree (which is a synonym for a lot of things we are doing) will remain although a little bit different than before.

hello out there

since we've been working on a lot of different projects lately, we weren't able to do a lot of updates here - but this will change now. take a look into our video section every now and then, and you'll find some hot stuff of former projects and moreover new funky stuff with a lot of spice in it ;-) please be patient, the updatecycle has just begun and will continously evolving with every week.

a wonderful and successful year 2010 folks!

it hast been a while since our last entry but we had a lot to do ( not only playing lord of the rings ;-)). we are currently evolving our skills in animation, modelling and so on, therefore we'll let the upcoming year real flow - why flow? liquid, dynamics, advanced modelling and much more are the plans for 2010. with our new set of software and hardware we'll try to take the next level - or two ;-)

if someone has read the austrian newspapers this weekend and encountered something about "dinos from traismauer" ... well folks - thats the project, thats the aim and the way to go. joel h. coler (alexis sorbas, conan) and rainshadow-productions are willing to produce this dinosaur-monster-movie.  if everything works out great things will happend ... so stay tuned for more news ...

04.10.2009 ... sunquest - "das sterbende land"

hello everybody - just a short comment about the book "Das sterbende Land", wolfgang of sinthetic motion has written 2 years ago for a fantasy serial  called "sunquest". wolfgang established some interesting elements in this book which were liked and used again in the new sequel of the sunquest saga. 

"Besonders ans Herz gewachsen ist mir natürlich der lustige kleine Pong, der redet, wie ihm der Schnabel gewachsen ist. Alle Hauptfiguren haben ihren ganz eigenen Charme, sodass es mir schwerfällt, mich zu entscheiden. Wenn ich ganz ehrlich bin, so ist mir vor allem ein Ort ans Herz gewachsen – das schaurige Schiff ELIUM, das eine Erfindung unseres österreichischen Autors Wolfgang Oberleithner ist und so gut gelungen, dass es der Zentralpunkt im zweiten Zyklus ist – und … tja, die Quinternen. Ein so fremdes Volk mit so vielen Geheimnissen zu kreieren, die wir erst am Ende aufdecken werden ... das hat sehr viel Spaß gemacht."  (zauberspiegel)

It is done. We proudly present - the animated intro for the showreel jurassic island, produced by danny bellens (read more). It was a tough thing to get this job done but we mastered not only animation but also cutting, colorgrading and compositing work for this showreel.

hi everybody - there is some light at the end of the tunnel - and hopefully no muzzle flash ;-) the final steps for the raptor project are taking place and lets see how it works out. Here's the coverdesign of the dvd presented in last weeks newspaper - stay tuned for more informations - the raptor will be out soon.

hello everybody - due to rendertime issues concerning the new project we are currently working on, we thought it's time for an investment and bought a couple of new powerful machines ... now our renderfarm increased a lot and we are able to generate output tremendous faster now ... be tuned for new updates.
